Rachel Humphrey
BPE
Rachel graduated from the University of Alberta from the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation with a concentration in Sport Performance and Physical Activity. In her four years she worked with the SILVER Hearts Society providing physical activity opportunities for kids with disabilities as well as an athletic therapist for several, hockey, and basketball and volleyball teams. Rachel has her AFLCA, YMCA and CFC certifications, NCCP level one in basketball, volleyball and soccer as well as SMCA Athletic First Aid, Taping and Strapping and Standard First Aid and CPR. She plays basketball and likes to run in her spare time.
