Worker’s Compensation Board
Have you been injured during work? If this has happened to you, it is essential to follow these steps:
- Step 1: Advise your employer and ensure that a claim is filed with the Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB).
- Step 2: Your doctor will also file the appropriate paperwork with the Worker’s Compensation Board after your medical exam has been completed.
- Step 3: Schedule your physiotherapy appointment. You can see a physiotherapist before you see your doctor - just remember that you must see your doctor within five days of your visit to us. Your first assessment and treatment are covered by WCB - we will let you know if further sessions are authorized by WCB.
